Accessibility
We are devoted to making our events available to everyone. We believe that all should be able to enjoy our events. We have taken the below measures to make the Twinkling Trail accessible to all:
Sensory needs
We have added a “Quiet Session” to both our Trail events. This is to ensure that those with sensory needs can be included and celebrate with us. Stall holders will be asked to lower their volume, music will be softened, to ensure no one will not be left out.
Cost of living pressures
We feel the cost of living pressures as much as anyone. We understand that the budget might be tight for many families at the moment, especially with Christmas around the corner. That’s why we have worked closely with stall holders to cap the Market Stalls with a price limit of $20. No stall will offer goods at a price higher than $20. Some food vendors have agreed to offer a simpler menu with lower prices. The cost of living crisis has been at the forefront of all our decisions regarding this event.
We hope that all will enjoy this event, if you have any feedback, questions, queries or concerns, please contact events@theplainscommunitygroup.com.au
